GTM Engineer

Remote • Full-Time

We are looking for a GTM Engineer to build and maintain complex outbound systems for our enterprise clients. You will sit at the intersection of data engineering, API integration, and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and build automated prospecting workflows using Clay, Python, and APIs.
  • Optimize data enrichment waterfalls to ensure 99% accuracy.
  • Debug and solve complex deliverability and integration issues.
  • Build custom scrapers and signals monitors.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Python or Javascript/Typescript.
  • Deep understanding of APIs, Webhooks, and data structures (JSON).
  • Experience with tools like Clay, SmartLead, Instantly is a major plus.
  • "Hacker" mindset - you figure out how to get the data no matter what.
Customer Success

Customer Success Manager

Remote • Full-Time

We are looking for a strategic CSM to manage our enterprise client relationships. You won't just be "checking in" - you will be proactively optimizing their GTM strategy and reporting on pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the client relationship from onboarding to renewal.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and recommend strategy optimizations.
  • Collaborate with GTM Engineers to implement new experiments.
  • Present monthly/quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to client stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales, cold email, and LinkedIn strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Data-literate: you can read a spreadsheet and find the story.
